| Roast Pork Tenderloin |

Ingredients |

1 teaspoon Ocean's Flavor Lower Sodium Sea Salt |
| 1 teaspoon Heart Healthy Gourmet Garlic Seasoning |

| 2 teaspoons dried thyme |
| 2 teaspoons dried oregano |
| 1 teaspoon onion powder |
| 1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground |
| 2 teaspoons olive oil |
| 2 lbs uncooked lean pork tenderloin |

Directions |
| |
- Preheat oven to 400ºF. Coat a shallow roasting pan with cooking spray.
- Combine thyme, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl; set aside.
- Rub oil all over pork. Sprinkle thyme mixture all over pork and transfer to prepared pan.
- Roast until an instant-read thermometer inserted in center of pork reads 160ºF, about 30 minutes.
- Let roast stand 10 minutes before slicing crosswise into thin slices. Yields about 3 ounces per serving.

| 1 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil |
| 4 center cut pork chops |
| butter flavored non-stick spray |

Directions |

1. Put the Heart Healthy 68% Less Sodium Cajun Seasoning on a plate. Liberally coat each pork chop with it.
2. Heat olive oil and several pumps of non-stick, butter-flavored spray in a large skillet over high heat. Place pork chops in the skillet, reducing heat to medium.
Cook until the pork is no longer pink in the center, 8 to 10 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed |
| 4 tablespoons butter, sliced |
| 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 large white onion, diced |
| Ocean's Flavor Lower Sodium Sea Salt to taste |
| 1⁄2 teaspoon brown sugar |
| 3 tablespoons whipping cream |
| 1⁄3 cup sour cream |
| 1⁄2 cup cream cheese |
| 1 tablespoon light soy sauce |
| 1⁄2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
| 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules |
| 1 tablespoon dried parsley |
| Black pepper to taste |

1. In a large pot, cover potatoes with water and bring to a boil over high heat. Simmer on medium-high heat until the center of the potatoes are tender when pricked with a fork, about 25 minutes. Drain, and return potatoes to pot.
2. Meanwhile, heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in onions, sprinkle with Oceans Flavor natural 57% less sodium sea salt, and cook 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium low, and cook, stirring occasionally, until onions are a deep golden brown, about 20 minutes. Stir in brown sugar.
3. Pour whipping cream over the potatoes, and mash with a large fork or potato masher. Stir in sour cream, cream cheese, soy sauce, Parmesan cheese, bouillon granules, and dried parsley. Stir in caramelized onions, and season with black pepper. Mix with an electric mixer until smooth. Reheat briefly over low heat, and serve.

1⁄2 pound fresh green beans, cut into 1-inch lengths |
| 2 carrots, cut into thick strips |
| 1⁄4 cup butter |
| 1 onion, sliced |
| 1⁄2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced |
| 1 teaspoon Ocean's Flavor Lower Sodium Sea Salt |
| 1⁄2 teaspoon Heart Healthy 68% Less Sodium Seasoned Salt |
| 1⁄4 teaspoon Heart Healthy 68% Less Sodium Garlic Salt |

1. Place green beans and carrots in 1 inch of boiling water. Cover, and cook until tender but still firm. Drain.
2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions and mushrooms until almost tender. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 3 minutes. Stir in green beans, carrots, Ocean's Flavor Lower Sodium Sea Salt , Heart Healthy Seasoned Salt, Heart Healthy Garlic Salt, and white pepper. Cover, and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.

| 1/2 cup dried split peas |
| 1⁄2 cup uncooked white rice |
| 1⁄2 cup dry lentils |
| 2 tablespoons dried minced onion |
| 2 tablespoons dried parsley |
| 2 teaspoons Ocean's Flavor Lower Sodium Sea Salt |
| 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon pepper |
| 2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules |
| 1⁄2 cup uncooked alphabet pasta |
| 1 cup uncooked twist macaroni |

Directions |

1. In a wide mouth 1 quart jar, layer the barley, peas, rice and lentils. Then layer around the edges the onion, parsley, Ocean's Flavor Lower Sodium Sea Salt, lemon pepper, bouillon and the alphabet pasta. Fill the rest of the jar with the twist macaroni.
2. Seal and attach a gift card. The gift card should read: Add contents of jar to 3 quarts of water, 2 stalks of chopped celery, 2 sliced carrots, 1 cup of shredded cabbage (optional) and 2 cups diced tomatoes. Over medium low heat, cover and simmer about 1 hour, or until vegetables are tender.

2. Combine vegetables in large bowl. Pour dressing over vegetables, and stir gently. Cover, and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
