    Ingredients: • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1/2 teaspoon Oceans Flavor lower sodium sea salt
    • 3 eggs
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
    • 2 cups shredded carrots
    • 1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
    • 1/2 cup candied cherries, quartered
    • 1/2 cup raisins
    • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
    Directions: 1. In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. In a small bowl, combine the eggs, milk and oil. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in the carrots, coconut, cherries, raisins and pecans. Pour into four greased 5-3/4-in. x 3-in. x 2-in. loaf pans.
    2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks. Cover and store in the refrigerator.

    Ingredients: • 6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    • 4 tablespoons butter, sliced
    • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
    • 1 large white onion, diced
    • Oceans Flavor Lower Sodium Sea Salt to taste
    • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
    • 3 tablespoons whipping cream
    • 1/3 cup sour cream
    • 1/2 cup cream cheese
    • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
    • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules
    • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
    • black pepper to taste
    Directions: 1. In a large pot, cover potatoes with water and bring to a boil over high heat. Simmer on medium-high heat until the center of the potatoes are tender when pricked with a fork, about 25 minutes. Drain, and return potatoes to pot.
    2. Meanwhile, heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in onions, sprinkle with salt, and cook 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium low, and cook, stirring occasionally, until onions are a deep golden brown, about 20 minutes. Stir in brown sugar.
    3. Pour whipping cream over the potatoes, and mash with a large fork or potato masher. Stir in sour cream, cream cheese, soy sauce, Parmesan cheese, bouillon granules, and dried parsley. Stir in caramelized onions, and season with black pepper. Mix with an electric mixer until smooth. Reheat briefly over low heat, and serve.

    Ingredients: • 1/2 pound fresh green beans, cut into 1-inch lengths
    • 2 carrots, cut into thick strips
    • 1/4 cup butter
    • 1 onion, sliced
    • 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
    • 1 teaspoon Oceans Flavor Lower Sodium Sea salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
    Directions: 1. Place green beans and carrots in 1 inch of boiling water. Cover, and cook until tender but still firm. Drain.
    2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions and mushrooms until almost tender. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 3 minutes. Stir in green beans, carrots, Oceans Flavor Lower Sodium Sea salt, seasoned salt, garlic salt, and white pepper. Cover, and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
    Name: Lo Country Soup in a Jar
    Description: 1. In a wide mouth 1 quart jar, layer the barley, peas, rice and lentils. Then layer around the edges the onion, parsley, Oceans Flavor Lower Sodium Sea salt, lemon pepper, bouillon and the alphabet pasta. Fill the rest of the jar with the twist macaroni.
    2. Seal and attach a gift card. The gift card should read: Add contents of jar to 3 quarts of water, 2 stalks of chopped celery, 2 sliced carrots, 1 cup of shredded cabbage (optional) and 2 cups diced tomatoes. Over medium low heat, cover and simmer about 1 hour, or until vegetables are tender.

    • 1/2 cup uncooked alphabet pasta

    Description:
    Ingredients: • 3/4 cup white sugar
    • 1 teaspoon celery seed
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
    • 1 cup distilled white vinegar
    • 1/4 cup canola oil
    • 1 teaspoon Oceans Flavor Lower Sodium Sea Salt
    • 2 cups cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
    • 1 onion, sliced into thin rings
    • 2 cups thinly sliced carrots
    • 1/2 cup chopped celery
    Directions: 1. Combine sugar, celery seeds, black pepper, vinegar, oil, and Oceans Flavor Lower Sodium Sea salt in a screw-top jar. Shake well to mix.
    2. Combine vegetables in large bowl. Pour dressing over vegetables, and stir gently. Cover, and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
